Jardim da Estrela

Jardim da Estrela (formerly Jardim Guerra Junqueira) is a lovely neighbourhood park, across from the Basilica da Estrela. There are exotic plants and trees, a small duck-dotted lake, various sculptures, and a wrought-iron gazebo. The café is a good spot to relax and enjoy a coffee after walking all day. The park’s many green areas are perfect for a picnic.
