Galeria Zé dos Bois

Galeria Zé dos Bois (ZDB) is an art centre created in 1994 as a non-profit association of civic initiative. It’s based in an 18h century palace (27000 ft²) at the heart of Bairro Alto, Lisbon.

Since 2005, with the intention of creating better conditions for performance arts, ZDB has renovated an old stable, converting it into a 200 square meter studio called NEGÓCIO for creative residencies and presentations.
